I would REALLY like to read, why do you think, exactly the apple is the Forbidden fruit? Why not a kiwi, Ah? Why not a p??r, or a whole watermelon eve, why an APPLE, and a red one on top of all. There's got to be something?

I doubt if it was an apple at all. Was there an apple tree growing iThe pictures I see of Jesus are not a jew at all. Famous european painters made it. And I do think they made everything that way so the people would recognize it. Might be it was a tomatoe since the name of the tomatoe in Hungarian is: paradiscom, and it's also called: apple of love! (in love drinks it's tomatoes they use not apples).

Hello vittos and welcome to my lot. Excellent question. Back in 1611 when the bible was first put together as we know it to day the word apple meant fruit. Apple was a generic term for not only fruit but nuts as well. So many words that were used back have changed meaning as words do to day such as hot or cool now meaning good. You can find words at http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?allowed_in_frame=0&search=apple&searchmode=nl and http://www.word-origins.com/definition/apple.html

If you read Genesis chapters two and three, we will see that the fruit is not named. So we simply do not know what specific fruit Adam and Eve ate in obedience to God.
