When is it a goodtime to go to Florida?

I have never been to florida but I hear that its a fun place to go for vacation I hear that they are so many things to do in florida so I was just like wow ok, I have really never been anywhere I just went to South Carolina for the first time a couple of weeks ago, but if anyone can tell me about florida I would really like to hear about it.

its terrible lol!! its like.. so what all the really great places to go are MILES away from me.. like you think of someone who lives in florida or near florida can just GO to disneyland.. where as id have to save up for flights, accommodation and then actually pay for disney land lol!

I would love to fly into Miami and spend a few days there up to a week. I would find the accommodation rather pricey so that is the maximum time I would stay there. I think that the winter is the high season and the best time to go there. I would say it is from November to April and especially December is popular. I would like to have a day trip to the Everglades National Park. I have seen photos of the Keys south of Miami. Wow!

You know what I thought the same thing because I was pricing some hotels to see there price, because I was going to Florida to look for my mother because she has not been found yet, and I found a site that included the stay and flight but I am scared to fly LOL. so I will try another way I will put the site on my profile so you can check it out..

I was born in Florida and my first child was born there also. I have to say that anytime is a good time to visit florida. If you are living somewhere with a harsh winter, that would be an ideal time to head for the florida sunshine.@walking2010 (1009)

I've lived in South Florida my whole life and I know that you definitely don't want to come here during the summer because it's so hot and humid outside it's miserable. Winter is nice because it sometimes gets into the 50s but it'll mostly stay in the 70s.
I'm not sure what you'd be interested in doing but if you like theme parks then go to Orlando. There's all the Disney parks and Universal and Islands of Adventure. It's a real touristy place and there's a lot of things to do. If you like beaches and nightlife then go to Miami. If you just like beaches then you could pretty much go anywhere on the coast. The west coast is really nice and also the Keys.

Oh my goodness are you in south beach Florida? because if you are that's where my mother last know where about was in south beach Florida I think the street was Washington and Lincoln.

Go as far south as you can. East and West coast much different. If you like wild, as in wildlife, go to the Everglades. Best time is definitely January February March...

If you live up north where it is cold then the best time to go would be when it is so cold in the winter up here. Then you can relax where it is warm instead of freezing. I think winter is best time to go.
