I did feel very sad to realise that my student life finished one month ago. And when i see my brother entering the university student life.. I feel more sad and I really want to go back to this state.
I'm aware that somehow I need to move on to the next step into working life. But still, I want to study and enjoy this again.
Do you think that its selfish? what do you think? should i go on with my life as a student (to enjoy a little more) or Is it time to work?

You hate student life because you are still a student and havent realise that this is the best thing ever in human life. you will really feel in once you finish, graduate and start to work...:P i would advice you to enjoy these days as much as you can...

Your feelings has touched deep my heart!
I finished my student life 5 years ago and still I do miss those days. Going for job is a neccessity for some as well as a passion for others. If you are interested in further study and not bound to look for a job right now, I would like to suggest you to carry on your study. Becoming a student is not only for preparing yourself for a good job but it itself is a great profession to explore the huge source of knowledge and wisdom.

Prudent: I just completed few months ago and i really miss my old university...
ravray: But yes.. you are very right to pinpoint "good jobs, marragie, family, child, etc responsibility" to me... and am totally aware of these... every people must go through these steps to progress in life. I cannot be a student forever.
But still I really feel like i want to study some more...

I feel the same as you.I graduated several month ago and i do feel that i'm still a college student and wish not to work.I just enjoy the life with my friends and we don't need to worry anything. Now that i'm out of school,so we should undertake the responsibility,i think maybe everything one would experience what we are experiencing now.

You want to go back to your study life?!
Well, I'm still in high school in my senior year and I just can't wait till my end of exams are over and I can break free! All my classmates believe that life will be better after high school because University has more freedom. I've heard of others from uni that they wish they were back in high school. I can't wait to finish school, move on with uni and then work! But who knows, I might change my mind when the actual time comes and I'll be feeling like you. =)

Hey Triple0... do you mean triple Zero when u wrote ur username? Anyway...
Your friends are totally right when they think that High School is better but in the end, University life is still the best for me. As it is there you realise how education is important and this is where you learn the most with condition that you do not go to your local university. It will be the same as high school.

We hear this term now and then "student life finish", is it finished really? Well, my opinion is apparently part of student life- college or university life can be finished. We all are student up to the end of our life. By the way, congratulations! and happy professional (9 to 5) life!

All good things sadly do eventually come to an end. A few weeks ago, my time as a student finally came to an end and while I am happy with the results, it does seem to leave a slightly empty feeling in my life. It is just some hole that cannot really be filled for whatever reason whatsoever. It is just something that I tend to enjoy but it just feels a bit odd.
Of course, it could open a new door to say the very least. Life is all about moving on, about making new experiences. I could rather lead to one section of my life, right to another. It was fun while it lasted but at the moment, it is a chapter of my life is closed. will I ever return? Not at the moment, but you never really truly say never.

ah...this is human nature. u long for what you dont have anymore. u can do ur postgraduate if u want but i would advise you to work for a year and then decide on the future. maybe this is just a phase.

Work, man. If the only reason you wanna go back to school is to enjoy student life a little more, believe me you would enjoy life much better if you are earning your own money while doing what you love. But I think what you are going through is just a post-graduation phase, I had the same feeling when I graduated 4 years ago, I felt lost, though I've already finished what I had to finish. Just three words to get you through: your own money!

There s nothing wrong with wanting to study but I guess moving on to the working life is something new and everyone has to go through that stage in life. One can always keep keep the learning process going while working.

I am still a student myself and I would be jealous of anyone starting out on the student life once I have finished however I would also be excited to start a new challenge in the world and work and start earning my own money and seeing how far I could push myself. Education is something that should never be taken lightly, if you believe that furthering your education could help you later in life then that it the road to take.

No.. i do believe that the education life is just for knowledge and a preparation for going to working life.. and it will only use 5% of what you learn at work.. so.. i guess it wont be very good to go for it if this matters.
I want to go back because i enjoy accumulating knowledge and go for learning challenges
