PayPal is an online payment system that allows any business or consumer with an email address to send and receive payments. In my personal experience, I am very satisfied with this payment system, as it does not need a bank account, I can run the traffic that I'm interested in, directly from the site. Unfortunately, not all sites still operate on Paypal (for example, many use the competitor Alertpay) and this means that you can not receive their payments. On some forums I read that Paypal is a site scamm, but I just do not believe in that, for me Paypal is the safest way to pay and be paid online.
