I never get headaches anymore. I once read a book called "The body's many cries for water." Now I start my day with two glasses of water and drink more during the day. You might try drinking two glasses of water first thing in the morning and wait half an hour before you eat anything. If you get a headache drink a glass of water. If it doesn't go away in half an hour, drink another glass of water. If it still doesn't go away drink one more glass half an hour later. And if it still doesn't go away then it's not caused by the lack of water. Then seek medical assistance!

My computer is in the next room to the bathroom. I don't have to go far. If the computer is causing your headaches then you know what is the cause. Now go and find a way to reduce the headaches. Is your screen to close or too bright? Do you need glasses or better ones? I hope you find a solution!

Woah! I get headaches a lot when I'm on the computer and if I drank that much water, I'll be spending more time in the toilet than on the computer. Lol!

It sounds like a migraine. You should talk to a doctor about that. Migraines don't have an exact cause but you should have it checked nonetheless. I had migraines once but it was related to my braces. We were trying to close a few gaps in my teeth by pulling those teeth together, but the veins located where the gaps are would be pinched and causing a migraine. That problem's been solved though.

I'm not sure if this will work long term but I recommended to my daughter's husband to put a cool rag over his eyes and just lay down for a little while. If you're hot use cool if you're cold use warm. It works well for my family and for my daughter and her husband. It might do some good for you.

I have read a lot of the responses which say this may be migraine. I know that is possible but I just want to also advise you to have you blood pressure checked and if you take in a lot of salt, you may want to cut your consumption. Both of these can cause headaches.

I had this same problem. My headache wouldnt go away at all. Try Excedrin Migrane. That stuff works GREAT. I never have any headache problems anymore.

If you had just had the strength of your glasses changed it could be that.. most of the time a headache is caused by lack of water but I think you should get it checked out.. A migraine would make you nausious and light would hurt your eyes.

It sounds to me like you may be having migraines. Hubby just went through this. He was taking all kinds of pain pills. We took him to the ER and they said it is migraines and to not take any narcotic pain pills for it. They gave him a nonnarcotic paid medication and they have gone away now.

It does sound a bit like a migraine. Are you sensitive to sound and light as well? That is a sure sign of a migraine. Since it has lasted that long you should really go and see a doctor if you haven't already. Migraines don't usually last that long although I do know once you have one just about anything can trigger another one.

It is one of two things. One thing it is a rather series of stressed induced headaches. That is something that can really be solved rather easy. Just consider all of the things in life that might be stressing you out and take a nice step back from them. Take a deep breath, get away from them, get away from it all, relax, do what you feel you need to do. Or and the most awful thing, it could be the sign of a rather gripping medical issue. There are a lot of times where a headache could be the sign of something more serious. It is something that we really do not want to consider, but it is something that can in fact be true. Hopefully the issue can be rectified right away, whatever it is but recurring headaches can be the sign of something extremely serious.

I think that you don't have to take pills, they may be bad for your health. The first thing is to discover the cause for your headache. I have this problem too and I discovered that it may be linked with my sinusitis. Now when I have a headache I try to clean my noze very well, this eases the pressure in my sinuses and soon i feel better. So you have to know the cause and try to eliminate the cause, not just treat the symptom.

I apply katinko oitment on my head. Before, I used to drink ice cold drink like Slurpee which can be bought in 7 eleven. I know it sounds crazy. Last time, I had migraine due to continuous sneezing. I have taken pain reliever and it worked. But it went back after few hours. I think these pain relievers are only good for a ceratin period of time. If it keeps coming back, it might be serious. Better consult a doctor.

Do you wear glasses or any corrective lens? The migraine may be from an eye problem. May I suggest putting a bag of ice on your head when your migraine starts. If the pains does not go away and its getting in your way you may want to consider a doctors visit. You may need stronger pain relievers.

My sister and niece have those kind of pains and painkillers really do not work. But avoiding what they think is causing the migraines has worked for them.In your case however i think seeking medical advice would be great so that you are sure what it is and also get some medication that can actually work for you.All the best.

i always take 3 or 4 ibuprofin pills and that always knocks my headaches out. sometimes if im caught out without my pills in order for me to rid myself of my headache i just have to find something to occupy my mind to take my mind off the pain. but if youve had it for 3 weeks that raises concern. maybe you should try calling your doctor. also if your under alot of stress that can add to your headache pain.

I have known some people who got rid of the migraine problem by practising meditation regularly. I knew one person who had the headache problem just like you are having, and after practising meditation for a few months, got totally relieved. Since then, he is continuing on with meditation. You might want to try it too. Meditation is very good for mental as well as physical health.
