Do you take fruits in breakfast daily?

hi friends it is good to take fruits in breakfast daily from last three weeks i usually eat 2 piece of banana with some bread or chapati as fruit give more calorie and good for our health also. Many of the persons like to have a bread only in the breakfast and go to their work but i suggest them to take fruits too it give more energy and you will do the work quite efficiently...so i want to know your view about this..and do you take fruits in breakfast..?

Daily fruits in breakfast no chance because some snacks are necessary in breakfast and I prepare some snacks or nasta for my daughters and all family members.. but yes if anyone can taking banana daily in the morning with milk then it is good for health...

daily there are bananas in home ,and guavas.So daily we consume these fruits after lunch or dinner or whenever hungry.Sometimes oranges and lemon .Fruits are good to health so everyone should make a habit to take them regular.

the breakfast becomes heavy if it contains fruit like banana,.may be the orange juice or something else would be better,however after breakfast we have some tea or something else like horlicks or Boost.

No friend I not take fruit in breakfast because generally I not take breakfast and my brakfast is tea with biscuit.. but I know banana is good and when my fast is there then that day I take banana with milk at night or at morning..

i think you are in dieting that's why you take very light diet in breakfast.
not only banana every kind of fruit is good for health but i prefer to have a banana in breakfast and i suggest you to start taking banana in morning breakfast.
Stop doing dieting

Why dieting no friend I am not fat or moti so I am not doing dieting but after marriage my habit is changed only tea and biscuit... thanks to suggest me I will try to eating banana but friend 3rs. 1 banana very very costly

In the past few days I have had fruits for breakfast together with yogurt. But at after ten thirty I feel hungry. So I decide to also have an egg. This way, I won't feel so hungry so soon when I am still working.

Hi siliguri,
I received a forward mail in my inbox, some months ago which is describing about the benefit of taking fruits daily. The highlighting thing in that mail is- it suggests that the fruits should be taken in empty stomach which is more beneficial. The mail also mentioned that eating fruits in empty stomach is a treatment for cancer. Many people do have the habit of eating fruits after a meal but it does not give benefits.

About me, after my illness I started to have one banana in morning, it is just because, I can’t wait till the break fast is ready due to my weakness and I feel good after eating the banana in early morning.

I have read that drinking water in empty stomach at morning is very good. I eat banana two time at morning in breakfast and in night while doing push up(exercise) banana with milk is the best friend for the persons who is doing such exercise.
I do have the habit to take fruits after meal called as a dessert it feels good. i suggest you to take the same...

Fruits are best taken during breakfast. Bananas actually are my favorite breakfast fruit so I always have stocks of bananas at home. I have the habit of eating bananas first and a glass of fruit juice and most of the time that is enough for me. However if I need a heavier breakfast depending on circumstances, aside from fruits I also do take wholewheat bread with fish fillet with slices of tomatoes and lemonade juice just as I did this morning.

actually its good to eat fruits in breakfast daily because its a helpful to our body resistance as our immune system booster,usually i eat banana in the morning after my breakfast meal,but sometimes i dont because the reason is there is no fruits in our house.

I do not take fruit in breakfast.As I take a little breakfast.But everyday I used to take fruit after lunch and dinner.Its become a habit for me.I used to take banana and water melon in most of the time.But in morning I eat egg,so I think it gives quite a good energy.

Yes I sometimes have some fruit with breakfast, but usually only if I eat some cereal or maybe blended in some plain yogurt with granola also. If not for breakfast I will eat some kind of fruit later on for a snack. So there's usually at least one fruit per day that I eat. Protein is also good to eat in the a.m., it keeps your blood sugar level where it's supposed to be and you'll get be less hungrier after breakfast.

as i am habituated to my indian breakfast recipes(which dont have fruits in it)like idli,upma,dosa,vada,uttappam,i will take any of these recipes in my breakfast. i will make in house and have it and afterwards i will take milk sometimes.
as i take fruits of less varieties like mangoes,papaya,pomengranate,guava etc,i like to take them in evenings only.sometimes i will take watermelon in mornings, in summer for coolness .

I don't take fruits daily because there are times that there's no fruit available in our house. But as much as possible, I want to eat fruits like banana and apple. Papaya and pineapple are also my favorite. I love fresh fruit juices away since it is a good source of vitamins and minerals.

I have fruit every breakfast. I usually have more than one. I mix it with cottage cheese..this morning I had watermelon, pineapple, banana, and strawberries with 1/2 cup cottage cheese..it was wonderful!! It's also easy to fix
I agree fruit is very healthy for breakfast but I also think protein is very very important for every meal.
I also really like banana on toast...that is delicious for a snack anytime
