Does keeping fit keep you healthy?

Yes exercising can maintain and also assist with weight loss but it has to be a routine and life changing eating habit that will assure one in keeping fit. I see you are new to myLot, so a welcome aboard to you!

Thanks for your welcome. As a person who has had minimal exercise throughout his life and has a figure to prove it, I have recently joined a Gym and workout twice a week for approximately 1hour a time. I am trying to control eating and have lost a little weight.

Sometime it may keep you healthy, sometimes it may not. Without eating right and stress free life style, and few other factors, your health can be in danger too.

I think partly, yes. But it's more a case of eating a balanced diet.
