Do you think she did a boob job?

I fond watching My Binondo Girl, I like the story kinda fresh and Kim Chiu is a revelation here. I didn't know she can portray as a man, and he's cute! I've noticed that she is also wearing clothes that reveals her boobs. I didn't know that for such short period of time it became big. The last time I watched her in a Teleserye was with Coco Martin and Kris Aquino (I forgot the title) and her boobs is proportioned to her body but now it obviously became bigger. Do you think she had a boob job in any way? I am not much a fan neither hater. I just notice.

She was very young then (in the Kris teleserye) so I would think that it is a natural growing up on her part. She is very young to be getting a boob job. Could do her more harm than good if that were the case.

In my opinion, Kim will not opt for a boob job, because she is still young and would still gain some poundage in the future, thus her boobs could also get bigger by then.
I presume she used a maxi bra or t-shirt bra, which is padded, so as the nipple wouldn't be so noticeable specially when in a shirt.
