Do u own ur house?

I have also a house that my father built but nowadays I do not stay in that house due to my job I have live in different city. Here I have to live in a rented house. I have plan to own a flat, because house rent is rising too much. Major portion of my income goes for house rent. I want to own a house very soon.

I don't own the house I live in in Holland and I will never buy a house in this country since the costs of a house but also taxes etc are way too high over here. Also if something is broke I have to fix it and that is way too expensive too since I would only be able to buy a cheap house. Probably one from a housecompany who did not do much of renovating in the past 30 years or longer. I do own a house in Hungary and for met that is better in that country (and way cheaper) as rent a house over there.

Most of my life I have lived in rented apartments, but in the beginning of this year my husband and I bought our own house. The best thing about having our own house is the freedom. When we lived in rented apartments weren't able to have as many pets as we wanted and we weren't able to make the changes that we wanted. Today we are able to change the rooms and the garden and everything else the way that we want. We can't afford any changes at the moment, but it is nice to know that we have the chance to make some changes one day.

I'm only renting an apartment with my mom and grandmother. It is very difficult to rent an apartment but the place is really nice. My friends say that our apartment looks like an expensive condo unit already but I'm paying a lesser price. Me and my boyfriend is planning to own a house, hopefully by the end of the year.
