It only rains when you don't carry your umbrella... Is it true.

Hi, Norton100. Welcome to myLot! I am sorry that you have gotten wet on your way to work. It just rained here where I am living at about, 10 minutes ago. The rain came down really hard for a few minutes. Then it stopped. Next, the sun has came out. Weird weather, huh? My kids and I went out last month to the mall and it was raining very hard. I forgot to bring an umbrella on this day, so we got all wet, as we were getting on the bus and when we got off of the bus. I know what you mean.

Oh and the best thing to do in a situation as this, is to watch the weather forecast and see if there may be a chance of rain on its way soon. If so, just make sure that you take an umbrella with you. At least a small umbrella, that is not too big. If you have a car, try to keep an umbrella in your trunk so that you can use this if it starts to rain while you are out. At least, you will be prepared if the rain starts to pour down.

Hehe, In Middle school, i always take umbrella with me to guard against rain when i go to the class, but it don't rain.however, when i don't take the umbrella,it is raining, which make me both funny and annoying.so i gain a teaching:in any event, you'd better take it with you,so you can prevent the sunshine or rain.and in the life, preparing is a significant factor of your success.

Yes,that depends,I also have got so many cases when I was in the same position as you did ,I remembered at that time I also do not have any preparations before the rain was falling down .Then I bought a umbrella on my way to school.
Making preparations is important if we can not predict something that will happen to us.

what a mess! It also happened to me so many times already. I really hate when I got wet in the rain to think that my umbrella is at home and nobody use it. Really ruins my day!

Bring soap. Oh dear, it is just fate. Life would be a bore if surprises never occurred besides sometimes the wet look is in if you smile.
Seriously, though, perhaps your question has something to do with things happening for a reason. You think so? Maybe and I really mean maybe the reason you forgot your umbrella, not the reason it rained, is because if you had brought it ... Did something happen out of the ordinary? I know you got a new discussion you might not have had. Perhaps there was something that you would have missed out of or missed if you would have brought one, like poking your friend in the eye with the end of your umbrella. Who can really say?

I have been in a similar situation before. Sometimes I just go with it because there is nothing I can do about it. Other times I get upset. I think the best thing to do is to learn from the situation and try to figure out a way to prevent it happening again.

That is something I never understand, how weather communicate with human forgetfulness of human brain is beyond my imagination. It happens so often to me but I remember a particular day that got me so mad with myself that I could not reach where I was going, I felt it was a lesson well learned or a punishment for forgetting an umbrella.

Hey! Same here.
Before I leave the house, I would always check the weather forecast. When it says it's going to rain I bring my umbrella in my bag when I go out. Then it turns out, it doesn't rain at all and my umbrella is basically weighing me down. hate it when that happens. I don't want to risk it and not bring an umbrella at all.
