I've heard that a person can assimilate a lot more and a lot easier passages, facts and who knows what else, while sleeping. All of this just from listening to a sound recording. I'm sure many people don't take this seriously but I really think it's true. I've been trying this technique on my self and I don't think I'm imagining thinks, since I've started I remember thinks I don't even know how and with a lot more details then I use to.

I did this all throughout highschool and college. It seemed to me that i learned a lot while i was falling asleep as oppose to when i was actually sleeping. I recorded my professors in college or listened to the discs that came with certain text books. it is worth a try if you are in classes that involve learning terms and their meanings.

This is so true, it is also said that letting your child listen to classical music while you are pregnant can make them smarter. Kinda interesting fact.

I used to try this when I was in college. I recorded myself reading the lessons, and then played them while I slept. No idea if it worked or not, to be honest
I did pass all my exams though, so maybe it helped. It was more an attempt to find a fun way to learn than anything else

That sounds fascinating, I've heard of it before but never really got into it a lot. I'm wondering if it's true though, because if it is we'd all be sleeping and wake up wiser. Hmm that sounds good to me haha. Have their been any researches on this or experiments with positive results? You certainly got me interested!
