The Human brain Consists of more than 100 billion nerve each associated with 10 thousand other never. imagine, with the complexity of the brain like that, then you shall love you brain with enough avoid bad habits that are often overloked
Avoid habits such as the following :
1. Do not want breakfast
2. most meals
3. Smoke
4. Too much Consumtion sugar
5. air polution
6. lack of sleep
7. Head covered wile sleeping
8. Thinkking too hard when you sick
9. Lack of stimulation of brain
10 rarely speak

sleep with the head covered is a bad habit that is very dangerious because the carbon dioxide produced during sleep the brain is concentrated so so poluted. do not be surprised if over time brain becomes damaged.

Wow! With so many nerves in human brain, a person is supposed to be smart enough not to involve in all these harmful activities and indulge in these habits that will destroy his/her complex brain, may be many of these brains are not working most of the time, so it is OK not to love your brain sometime. lol!
