If irritation can be considered as anger then yes I think many can say it is related. I don't think anyone is happy while feeling really hungry.

Welcome to myLot, My son gets really irritable when he is hungry so I have to make sure that as soon as he returns home from school he has a snack which sees him through then until we have dinner so i guess this could be the same for a lot of other people. Huggles. Ellie :D
