Why do we work like previous days, but the result was disappointing?

Every day, from morning till night, as if trapped in a routine pattern. Busy, busy, busy, so often forget the other side are equally important, namely a short break to hone and fill out new things to add to the knowledge, insight and spiritual as well as one open and read the scriptures. If we are able to regulate the rhythm of activity like this, our lives will surely be a dynamic, insightful and always new in this life.

all the tools we use need to be refreshed Motor car needs an oil change, replace tires, replace the brakes etc. Pencils and pens diraut need to be filled or replaced there that we use every day but will never be able to renew our which is the body we we continue to be undermined by an old disease

Hi najibdina29. There's always a time for work and a time for play. We're always advised that we have to discipline ourselves to work but most of us have never placed rules on strictly giving ourselves time to play. Even at times that you know you've done so much, you later realize you need to do more. This type of feeling is the reason why we feel we no longer have time for ourselves. For the past month, I've been really busy and I keep on working and working until 2 days ago when I felt really tired of the routine. I took a break and it drove me crazy. I had that restless feeling that I needed to do something. Thankfully, I survived the entire night without touching my computer. So make it a point, that even if you have this routine of working from night 'til day, don't forget about yourself. And even if you don't want to take a break, make sure you discipline yourself to do so. Also remember that during those breaks to disregard worrying of work the entire time because it make you restless.
