Success is the result of hard work, Do you agree?

I believe that hardwork is one factor in success. But it has got to have all the other required "ingredients" for a true success. Hardworking people most often get ahead in life only when their efforts in what they do are included with luck. Even in office settings, out of the number of people working (most would be as industrious as you are, of course) you get to be noticed - that is luck.
