If you become a president? what do you do first?

If I become president, if my people live in poverty, I'm the first person to feel hungry, and if my people live happy, I'm the last person to feel full. I'm going for the average prosperity so invisible beggars and vagabonds. This country will be safe from pickpockets and robberies because there is no unemployment.
If I were president, I will provide the rope for the corruptor. so that state money is always safe.
education and health can be obtained free of charge. road with no cavities and the bottlenecks are resolved.
But all that only if I become president. if it does happen I will forget all the promise, because an official if in the elections would be like dating. give lip service without ever being realized. well, if you become a president?

i don't believe in this, when there is no employment, there are robbers, pickpockets. I always believe these people have a choice. they choose the path of the wicked... to go straight and "earn" the money the wrond way... besides its what they call easy money. Pickpocketting is easier than carrying heavy loads in the market, it is easier than to go to the middle of the sea and catch fish... and yet, they blame the government for what they have become. No for me.. it won't happen if they did not choose to do these things.
and of course, to the topic - i would not dare want to become the country's president. but just in case, i'd say the education system will be the first priority.

If I were vice president, of course, we have the same ideals. So let's suppose to be vice president, I continue to learn from the president =)
Khan RI presidential term is only 2 periods, there should be no regeneration for the development of better and more sustainable (long term).
Wonderful if every president is preparing the next leadership of the country continues to evolve, let the policy change does not happen every different president.
