How do you get HIGH reviews?

Probably...but even if I don't rate your comments as positive (I don't normally remember to rate.), I won't give you negative ratings either. Yup, it seems to be the case. But it doesn't determine the kind of comments I would give. In other words, I won't deliberately write elaborate comments, etc, just so that my ranking would go up. In the first place, I am not here for the money...the daily earning is not even enough for me to buy a $0.20 ice-cream (assuming that the cost of an ice-cream is just $0.20). So, I won't bother to make any effort to get high ranking or high rating.
