For family no for friends yes. I mean I have more time with my family since I spend only around 4 hours online everyday. The rest is work and family. I only spend time with my friend if there's a reunion or something to celebrate.. Nowadays many people are spending a lot of time on the internet so where do you spend most of your time friends, family, internet?

Hi Jacruz25, I spend most of my time studying the Word of God and on the internet. I am jobless and I have a lot of time on my hands. Most of my family have jobs, children and other thing to do so I mostly see them when it is convenient for them. So most of the day I am alone and studying. That is how I spend most of my time.

That's good that you are so dedicated to God. Using the internet for learning is a completely a great way, you'll learn a lot in the internet as long as you get your self to the right sites. You can also communicate with your family but still you'll miss them.

Because I work from home, I do a fine job of balancing being on the internet with being with my family and friends. Actually, if anything was to suffer, it is most likely to be my work. I am a known procrastinator! Lol.

It's your work so there's nothing wrong to spend most of your time on it. I also rarely go out with my friends because life is different now teenage life is over.. Now we deal with the real world.

For me 4 hours online is very short time, I am a service holder but daily from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am I use to do work on internet and in holidays I use to do about 10 to 12 hours in front of computer and in between work I spend time with my family & spend time with my friends occasionally.

since you seem to have an online job so you spend most of your time online. Even if you spend that much time on the internet as long as you are with your family there's nothing to be worry about.

I'm too far from my family. But I find time for them to talk on the phone. I just surf the net if ever I have time. Specially when I'm on my lot, I don't have PC at home. So just using the PC at the office is enough for me. I rarely go out with friends, for me its a waste of money. It's enough for me already I'm at home watching a movie or an episode.

I rarely spend time with my friends. I'm just staying home most of the time and keep my laptop running the whole day to keep downloading files and stay at mylot if I have time.

Hi Jacruz! I think I spend more time surfing the net. Well, that's because my work entails me to face the computer all day long so I got to surf the net while working. And when I'm at home, I do spend time with my family but after dinner, I would go to my room to rest and surf the net while resting. I don't spend time in front of the tv anymore where most member of the family does. I prefer to sit back and relax in my room. As for friends, our major communication is thru Facebook or chat so it's like spending time with my friends and internet surfing at the same time. My friends are far from me so that's why. We see each other once in a while though.

Most of my friends I end up talking to online. They don't live near me, so I find out about their goings-on through instant messages, text messages and social media. I don't really have any "family" to speak of except for hubby, but I spend equal time with him. Or, at least make that my goal. Yes... I'm not going to lie. I spend a good amount of time online, but that's mostly "working". In short... I try to equal my time between working, and offline life.

I see so you mean that you are working online? Of course we are still connected to our friends and family even if we are far from them by the use of internet or gadgets like cellphones. That's a good thing that even if you are far from them and while doing your online job you are still connected to your friends and family.

Surely I am staying more with my family than any other things. I used to be online during my work or during the free time. With friends I spend my time only during holidays as everybody having their own works.

Noway comparing internet with family.internet if for knowledge, career, work, hobby. but family is attachments, love, affection. I would like both the things.they have their own priorities at their own timings.but i never calculate the time i spent on net and with family.which ever i feel best i do that.

Many people nowadays specially in highly developed countries have computers and are connected online and most of them spends more time online than in their family. Of course it's because of their work but still in the family is more important than work.
