Anyone have heard of this anime? This one's actually an easy watch and the classical music played here is really relaxing. I love the OST a lot :D This one concentrates on classical music (like Nodame Cantiballe did)
The anime revolves around a General Education female student named Hino Kahoko. She was suddenly chosen to be a participant for a concur (music competition) but she doesn't know anything about music. Lili, a music fairy, who believed Kahoko has the heart for music gave her a magical violin, which enables her to play the violin as long as knows the tune of the song. The story goes on as Kahoko become close to other concur participants and she became truly interested in music and violin.
There's also a manga for this and from what I know, a game :D I won't really rank it as one of the highest most watched anime but then again, it's an easy watch and of course, bishounen galore XD

Kei!!! Feels like you're not around much lately. ^^
I've watched this anime a long time ago so I don't remember much about it now. I do remember Kahoko as the main figure of the story and of course! The many, many bishounen that flocks around Kahoko. I don't remember the ending or if I've watched it until the ending but I certainly loved it because I have used the blonde guy in one of my address labels. ^^
I hope they make a live action drama or movie for this!!!!

Yeah~ I've been to busy with work T_T Currently my work is for QA so I have ample time to reply but when the feedbacks are returned, I'll be busy again T_T
I have this on DVD :D The ending for me is not "that" good because there's no solid, clear relationship created XD From what I read, the special episode (last episode) is aired as teaser for the game :D But then, who am I to complain if I get to see so much bishies per episode XD
I like Hihara! The one who played the trumpet :D I think the blond guy who played the cello is Shimizu :P
I also agree on the live drama! As long as they get to play the songs real well XD And instead of bishies, bring us IKEMEN!!! XD

I've read that Kahoko did not really end up with no one in the anime. But in the manga, she ended up with Ren.
Bring on the Ikemen!!!! It will be just like Hanakimi!!! Ikemen paradise!!!

I haven't read the manga yet but it is really nice if they end up together. I'll probably check the manga of this if that's the case. Yes hopefully they will make a live action drama about this.

Nodame Cantabile is really great. The drawing or art is not that attractive unlike other anime. But the story and humor is really great. Nodame is always chasing Sinichi but she was not really the trying hard type. She's very real and talented. I love this anime.

I love it when Nodame drives Shinichi up the wall because of her antics (and sometimes, stupidity)

Well I'm quite fond of gender bender but not much of reverse harem :P It's a so-so story :D Nodame's better than La Corda :D

Yeah I remember watching this anime before but I was only able to watch 2 or 3 episodes. Must have been the genre or something buy the story is quite boring for me. Maybe Im just not a fan of anime that revolves on music or anything classical and yup --magic. My favorite genre will be love stories like Fushigi Yuugi or Alice Academy. I agree that it showcast a lot of bishounen guys and girls but its too much eye candy for me. Anyway thats just my opinion and I still love anime but not this one. ^^

Yeah. The storyline's really not that interesting but classical music in anime makes me feel somewhat nostalgic :P I've seen Fushigi Yuugi too though I'm not that much of a fan. I've never seen Alice Academy though. When it comes to anime, I lean more towards Rurouni Kenshin and Kuroshitsuji typed anime XD

I love Rurouni Kenshin and Kuroshitsuji, very cool anime. I'm not a fan of Fushigi Yuugi as well. I like the male characters though but there's something about Miaka that I don't like. I watched it when I was young and I really did not enjoy it.

Yes there is a game about this but I think it is in Japanese version, no English version yet. I watched this anime about a month or 2 months ago. I like it and yes it is pretty much similar with Nodame Cantabile. My favorite character here is the one who plays piano and soccer ball.

I have a lot of PSP games in Japanese. I think this one is also in Japanese. Yes the name is Ryou. I think she suits perfectly fine with Kahoko. But I hope there's another girl character.
