I am always getting on well with my colleagues, and I made friends with some of them. But it seems that some of my friends do not like others, they can not get on well with each other. I am so embarrassed as I am stay impartial, how can I do with this?I talked to both of them and thay said they can not change, I do not know how to do, help me ny dear lotters...

It's common to have this kind of rivalry anywhere. It's a matter of how you really want your relationship with them to prosper. Perhaps can think of something that can put you guys to work as a team and focus on objective. It could build your bond together. If meeting them separately is a good idea.

well since they both have decided not to change talking ny further might damage even your relations and that would make the situation even more awkward, I guess the best course of action is to meet them seperately and respect their differences ?? I mean if they arent ready to budge they probably have good reasons not to !! soo don't talk about the other person when together and have fun :)
