Do you still believe in PTC sites?

Believing PTC sites is not a healthy sign for success as most of the sites go scam nowadays. I got my hands burned on account of clicking sites. I am surprised on these issues as why ptc sites have been turning into scam sites than other sites. What is the main problem behind the sites. Is there any issue blended with these sites. How come other gtp sites are able to exist for longer time. This is million dollar question for all including me. Hence i stopped to click. How about you do you still believe in ?
