Allowed (external) links at myLot

Hi there, Before I'd post a link to an aricle of mine related to a discussion, I thought I'd check whether I'm allowed to post links when related to a discussion. What kind of links am I allowed to post ( if any? ) beside links to myLot pages/discussions? Thanks in advance!
