Best program to use if I want to program an online games.

I'm thinking of opening my own site and program a game that every one can enjoy. I'm wondering if what best program I can use to create my program game. That program games must have data base. I want to create program first then I will upload it. But I have little knowledge of how this things work. Although I'm a comsci graduate but That's 11 years ago. So I can study again but need some advice and help.

If your comfortable enough with netbeans or jcreator go with that! :)

Thanks for the tip. I will try to study those two programs that you just given me. I'm a frustrated programmer. But if I can try that two program and its has good result then I will try to be more active in animation. And maybe I can make a cartoon movie and sell it to pixel. lols.
