Yes slippers become trendy nowadays and because of that slippers become costly but people still buy them. I've seen people wearing slippers even in their office. Well I have nothing against slippers. In fact I also wear them but when I go to office or to the church or in a formal gathering, I never wear slippers no matter how costly my slipper is. I still wear shoes or heeled sandals.
