Transfer of money from Paypal account.

I want to use my paypal account balance for further investment to any other site and not for any kind of purchase. So how can I do it?

Investment on any site will also prefer as one kind of purchase. So no its not possible for Indian members now till paypal change some rules. it was possible in past but as per new rules we can't invest in any site too.

Then how to do it? You have mentioned that I can use my credit card money by linking it to the paypal account. And for your kind information, while I opened the account, I submitted details of my credit card that means my credit card is already linked with my paypal account. So if I want to invest money how can I do so? And if I can't use my paypal account balance for any such purpose, what will happen to it? Would it be automatically credited to my bank account after deduction of a fee or do I need to ask the Paypal management to transfer it to my bank account in India?
