I hate my Toshiba

I bought a Toshiba Satellite L555-10T. And boy do i hate this thing. I don't nknow what the problem is, but it gets so hot sometimes that it automatically shuts down. And when is say shut down then i mean shut down, like you pull the plug... O yes, and my battery died after 1 year. Am i the only one with this problem, or does anybody recognize this. It is so bad that when i am playing Bejeweled on Facebook then it gets to hot and shuts down.
This is not normal is it?

My toshiba has 2 years(almost 3) and he gets really hot but he doesn't shut down. He only slows down really much. Maybe it has some polen inside. Take it to a computer store and ask them to clean your pc. Or maybe it's a software problem. Format your pc and see if that resolves the problem. If not, ask for professional help of a Computer engineer.

It is already been opened but everything was clean inside. SOftware aint the problem, i make a clean install about every 3 months. :-) But hearing that yours also gets hot, and slowsdown i think it really is a toshiba problem. If i put something underneeth it than it will not shutdown when i am playing some, not heavy games.
