pancit guisado (bihon or miki)

hi guyz.. just wana share with you that here in our office,we often eat pancit guisado with slice bread whenever our officemates has birthdays..and most of them would prefer to eat pancit bihon rather than pancit miki..
the difference between them is that pancit bihon has smaller strands and transparent in color..while the miki one has more bigger strands and of color yellow..
well for me both dishes are delicious and has its own real good taste..
for you guys..what do you think?

I think it is a Flipino tradition, to buy or prepare something long like those noodles, pancit and bihon, when it's someone's birthday. It is said to connote long life for the celebrator.
But whatever it is, spaghetti, pancit, or bihon, i love it when a birthday celebrator treats his officemates with it to celebrate his/her birthday.
