Comfort in the work, depending on the area of yous choice

Sometomes that we do or our shoice in life have a came out of the tracks that we want and expect. It is very dificult to restore something we think is wrong to go back on the right track. Especially when it relates with our jobs career. I never regretted it, because i've got a job that i do not feel comfortable. But it is not an option, i feel it is a necessity because of the demands of life.
How can we feel comfortable in a field of work, which is actually the job is not your field?

hi,
being an employee or worker we need to be flexible even though we are not fitted or not our field,we dont need to stay in a field we know but also we need to try other field to enhance our other capability and skills,in short we need extract and develop our capability and skills through other field of work.

After my graduation I have had a lot of opportunities to work with a high salary, but I refused them all. The only reason for this is I just keep one idea in my mind that is I have to work with interest. My interest is foreign language, and that's what I'm doing now. Although the salary is low I enjoy it! Even my leader is a very disagreeable man I still love my job, becasue my energy lies there. Therefore, I hope u can find ur interest and work with it! Then u WILL feel comfortable!

It's not really the job that makes it hard. It's building harmonious relationship with your workmate. I had three different jobs. Different nature of business. I got to learn the course of job but what makes it hard is to get along with my officemate. Right now, I'm so pissed with my workmate. Because she is senior and so she has the guts to turn me down. I just hate her. I'm going to resign next year.

To be able to enjoy the work, need to see that it is the responsibility of the first to provide a living for his wife and children. Creating a brotherhood in the work environment. Within the scope of work, didn't know each other before. But what a sight when we treat colleagues as a brother. That way, it would be difficult for us to be too jealous, suspicious of each other too much, let alone each other down. Whether it's working space, the decor and atmosphere of the interaction between the members. Build empathic communication is important. Like to ask each other anything new, keep a smile and friendly greeting others, including the laughter is sometimes necessary as long as not excessive. We hope so, but if we are still not able to try enjoying the work we do, get out of our current work on condition that we must have other employment options and plans that we want to do if we have resigned from our current work
