are you earning money on Amazon mechanical turk...

the mturk site is the best site for me in terms of earnings. So far i have earned nearly 5000$ there. Nice site to work and very good legit site. SO far a single cheque not missed.

i was active once there too but i wasn't able to do quite a number of hits there due to inexperience mainly and also, later because i got bored. another thing that made me hesitate to focus on mturk is that yes, it's paid by amazon gift cards and since i don't do any online shopping, that's was like not really a good deal for me. so i'm not as active these days although when i do remember it, i sometimes do a few hits and that's it as i get bored.

I don't use Mechanical Turk as often as I did but I still like to use it sometimes. Surveys and article work pay quite well and some of the smaller tasks which pay 10-20 cents soon start to add up. I'm in the UK so I have to claim my earnings via Amazon gift cards balance but I spend a small fortune on Amazon so this works well for me and saves me some money.

I've been a member of Mturk since April of this year. I haven't really earned much, but for a while I didn't really participate. I found myself getting bored with it. I try to do a couple of HITS a day now though. Hoping that my earnings start to add up by doing it this way.

I tried Amazon mechanical turk and once I made the payment threshold, they disappeared??I emailed amazon about it but they never got back to me. It was very disappointing to work so hard and have all my earnings just gone like that. I haven't been back since and after that experience, I probably won't go back there for a while
