I think some vegies are good sources of vitamin C. The one I can think about right now is broccoli. But mostly, vitamin C is in fruits. Kiwi is one of the best sources there, more than orange.

Apart from the usual citrus fruits, the best sources of vitamin C are, believe it or not hot green chillies, cabbages, potatoes, and most of the green leafy vegetables especially spinach.

The easiest and simplest way to have vitamin C is in fruit and vegetable but there are a some sources of vitamin C things like rose hips, parsley, certain shell fish and liver the best is to ask a nutritionist though depending on the dietary limitations that each person has. Wikipedia has some information on vitamin C
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_C
but like anything online it is always best to double check. There are always supplements but again the best is to talk to your doctor first.

thats interesting, i think fruits and vegetables are the only sources of vitamin c, i think that is because its water soluble, so as a vitamin it disappears quite quickly in storage, or processing.
as we have been told many stories of sailors, from the past, on ships who got scurvy because they had no fruit or vegetables.
