But I'm in so deep
You know I'm such a fool for you
You got me wrapped around your finger
Do you have to let linger?
Do you have to, Do you have to let linger?
Oh, I thought the world of you
I thought nothing could go wrong
But I was wrong, I was wrong
Such a beautiful song from cranberries. Before, I just like the rhythm but now I'm feeling the lyrics between the lines. Do you have to let it linger? It's like foolishly loving a person. You let yourself stay in a long relationship but in the end, you will leave him/her. I really don't understand guys. Why do they have to prolong the relationship? The rule is just simple. If you don't have plans to stay long in the relationship, then better walk away as soon as possible so it wouldn't be hard to say goodbye.
What's your opinion about this? How are you going to define the song?

Oh me too I do not quite understand use meaning of that song. Well, toanswer your question though, I think most pens stay relationships because of the long time they are with each other. It kind of feels like since you have been together too long it is rather out of this world to not be with each other. People would always expect you to be the couple still no matter what.

yes that's true. And when the time comes that you fell out of love, you'll find it hard to say goodbye because you don't have the heart to hurt him/her. So what they do is, they'll find ways to make the other party to give up. They let it linger.
