Hello I am currently studying healthcare management. I looking for on how to create a healthcare plan that would be beneficial to all parties concerned. My opinion is that we need a socialized plan that is profitable. I know it sounds like an impossibility, but there has to be a way to do it. I am looking for any insight on this dilemma. Thanks Anutray

The biggest problem is that so many people are looking to profit from healthcare. The biggest problem is the insurance companies and in particular the malpractice insurance. Every one involved in providing healthcare services should of course earn a reasonable living from their work. It seems that it becomes more difficult to earn that living since providers are hit with so many expenses that the providers costs goes up and these costs are passed down the line and end up being paid by the end user. I think the first thing that should be addressed in your project is malpractice insurance as that seems to be the biggest expense for most providers. I think we need something like malpractice coverage and I think these insurance companies are asking too much. If we go towards a more socialist system than we have then the taxpayers pay a lot more in taxes than might be appropriate. What needs be done is the cost of providing healthcare should be reduced without compromising the accountability or quality of services. Once the costs of healthcare are brought down to a reasonable level then look at "... a socialized plan that is profitable."
