Does anyone else suffer with Cfs ? if so have you found anything that helps at all
I have had it rough since 1998 and am tired of being tired all the time.
Maybe you have sleep apnea, my husband was always tired and one night i heard him not breathing when he was sleeping, so i think he has sleep apnea. He has never been to a doctor, but go to a sleep center.
I have already had 2 sleep studies done since 2001
i was put on a cpap unit for awhile it helped and now it is does not I had my second study done few months ago and this time it does not show i need to use the machine so now it back to CFS
