The rain is pouring and I can feel the sadness of those who perished in the moments of the morning of 09/11..And the pain of those who have lost many, many loved ones in the 10 years since september 11, 2001..I have a constant lump in my throat and I did not even lose anyone in these attacks. I;m praying for everyone right now. Why did this happen?? Bought human civilization back centuries to days of ignorance, hatred. Why are we killing EACH OTEHER??? It has to stop.

i agree i mourn the loss of sirus, a yellow labrador that was the only dog to lose its life if the 9-11 attack on new york city and thank goodness for apollo, a german shepherd who was the first dog on the scene after the building collaspe dont get me wrong i mourn the loss of all the wonderful people and children that lost their lives also but i just dont think enough recoginition is given to the animals that played such an important role in search and rescue when 9-11 happened even though they were walking on broken shards of glass and their paws were getting all cut up they still pulled through and saved many lives

This is a very sad day today, but it is strange because even though it has already been ten years since the event actually happened, it is still fresh enough in people's memories for it to be yesterday. I know some children who weren't born for the actual event but yet they still know everything about it because it is on the news all of the time and there have been countless documentaries about the things that happened on that day ten years ago. I am praying for all the families who lost people that day, and I hope that a lot of other people are doing the same.
