All limitations yet to be removed at my Paypal account.

My Paypal account still shows limitation. I am not sure whether it happens as I am an Indian citizen. Whenever I log in, I find the display of a message: “Your account access is limited”, “Learn how to remove this limitation”. When I click on the hyperlink how to remove limitation, I see the followings in the column of ‘Begin a limitation review ‘-Required Response- Add Purpose Code- Status- Information Submitted- Action-Complete, Required Response- Add Bank- Status- Information Submitted- Action-Complete, Required Response- Add PAN - Status- In Progress – Resolve. When I click on the hyperlink ‘resolve’, I find my PAN verification is still in progress, though I submitted details of my PAN No while opening the Paypal account. I do not know how many days it will take time for completion of the whole process but in the mean time, can I use the Paypal account for which it has been opened or do I need to wait until the PAN verification process is complete?

The reason may be simple and the best solution is to contact paypal directly. Even in the initial time, I had certain issues with respect to my paypal account. When I contacted, they mailed me back with way forward. I found certain difficulties and I contacted them again with details. In the same day I got the response. So, you can contact them and they will give better solutions till your problem is rectified. Thank-s

Even I had to contact Paypal for some issues and every time I got really quick response. It was much quicker than expected... I was able to sort out my problem soon because of that. You should really try speaking with Paypal people.

Yes, as long as it paypal is a universally accepted giant, they are having all kind of updated system to help their users. All users are equally important for them because just for a fun, nobody will create an account and they are ware that once the user got rectified from their issues only can make them money. Hence they will be so prompt with their users and try to solve each and every issue about the account otherwise the transaction many not work out which may reduce their revenues. Thank-s

Sounds too much complicated, and the process just not right. You might want to call up paypal headquarter, or one of their personnel to help you out to resolve this problem. I really don't know what kind of limitation they had on you though. I hope that you can solve it as soon as possible.

It is not that complicated! If you are able to furnish all the details that paypal needs then its a matter of minutes. I don't understand why Didi's PAN no is not getting verified!
