The 0.01$ ad in neobux

I installed the neobux toolbar after reading some discussions here. I had not been too active there after they reduced the rates. But after installing the toolbar i started to click on lots of ads and i am also reaching my second payout.
I also noticed that we get the elusive 0.01$ ad. But i am not credited by it at all times. Most of the times when the progress bar finishes the ad has already disappeared. I think the ad appears only for about 30sec or so. Maybe it is my internet connection. I do have broadband but the progress bar proceeds very slowly for 0.01$ ads.
So is my internet connection slow or is it just how the 0.01$ ads are shown?

i am also member of neobux but still i not installed toolbar it is legit site but pays very small if you have other site where we can earn more than 0.25 $ and you already got paid then please send me your latest payment proof and your referral link too if it really pays then i will surely join in your down line

I installed the toolbar too and it was useless.To be honest i am thinking to give up because you can`t make money there unless you bring more people to join .And even if you bring them 90% of them will give up because they can`t really earn in there.There are better websites for a standard member .
