how do i make videos online

i dont have software to enable me to make videos for youtube but am wondering if there are sites that can help me make my videos for free

Hey humblejeff! Welcome to MyLot. For creating a video for YouTube upload, I would suggest you windows movie maker. It is simple and easy to use yet very powerful. If you want to create a video using pictures, this is the best choice. You can download it from Microsoft official site. Hope this was helpful.

Er... Video is made using a camera! A site cannot make a video! If you meant something else. you need to explain your requirements better.

i meant like making a video from pics put together.not a video recording.more of putting backgrounds together
