These day people all around the world use facebook , twitter tec for social networking. as it is becoming a addiction. One wake up in the morning and the first thing that she or he do is checking the notifications upon the fb or any other sites. 50% of the brain is used consumed by these sites. this had become a part of ones life or we can say that this ahd become life these days.people had cut off from thier real life and prefer social networking as their life. one can get rid of the alcholic products but today getting rid of these sites is seems as impossible. hope i provided the right information.

It's not easy as 1,2,3 or ABC's. For me we need to set a time for a day on how many hour we should spend time in front of computer and using internet or social sites. For example 1hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. It can also help if we spend more time to our family than spend time in front of computer. But again its really not easy if we don't have discipline.

I dont really see a problem with socail networking sites such as facebook. For me I love facebook as it lets me see what my friends are up two when I cannot see them every day. I've been using facebook for a few years now. I am not as obsessed with it now as I was when I first started but I still am on there a lot. When I go to the park and my kids are playing I can see whats new on facebook using my cell phone and it gives me something to do rather then just sit there.

i knw that this is the good source of time pass as one can easily spend their free time on these sites ... but when it become addiction then one just keep on thinking what to post today or what to write on my wall today instead of thinking what to do in his real life today .... means i am talking about that we use nearly 50% of our mind thinking about such a stuff....

social networking is very popular this days and yes most of the people around us are addicted on it.. though it has some disadvantage as what you have point out.. but it also keep us updated from our relatives w/c is away from us..i have my facebook but i am not so addicted to it.. i just check out what's happening to my close friends and family.. then if i dont find something new then i would log out right away.. i am used to be addicted on it when i was new.. but today i think not anymore..
