Dancing is a fun exercise!

The sweat, sore muscles, and the contentment of muscular movement make dancing as a practical form of exercise. There is a certain fulfillment and fun especially when music follows your steps. The 80's songs are good companion, music of Madonna, Wham, Sheena Easton and a lot more. There is never a dull moment having this.

Yes agree with it. Dancing is also good for the heart and can burn calories o lose weight. Truly it's fun

With dancing, you can go on for hours without even noticing it. That way, you forgot that you are indeed exercising, because you are enjoying it.

I love to dance and I think it is absolute amazing that something so fun can be so good for your body and mind. I am losing weight at the moment, and have lost almost five stones in the past year. A lot of this has been lost from dancing to my favourite songs, and I am so glad that I have finally found an exercise that I enjoy doing and am willing to do on a regular basis. I find that I am a lot happier when I am listening to my music or when I am exercising, so it makes a lot of sense that I would feel at my best when I am able to do both of these things at the same time.

i love dancing,dancing is my life,i was became so fat in my undergraduation days,but i want to take participate in my dance competetion,i was just practise for my dance,i will spend 2 hours with my dance in everyday,in two month ,i lose my weight 10 kg,it is so amazing,and i m very shocked after ssee this,when we dance ,then the whole body take participate in the dance moment,that so why we enjoy that time,at that time,our body lose fats,or extra fats in our boys,

i totally agree! dancing makes sweating and loosing pounds fun! i easily give up to straining exercises so what i did is to load my player with good music that i would listen to and have my freestyle of moving in that way i would sweat out a lot and at the same time i had fun also it helped me to have sound sleep at night since i do dancing exercise 2 hours before i sleep to exhaust myself.
