Where were you on 9/11?

I was only 11, and at primary school, so no announcement was ever made during the course of the day at school about what had happened in America. The first thing I knew about it was when I was walking home from school and my Dad told me that something terrible had happened that I would remember for the rest of my life. I remember the exact words that he said to me, and will always remember the look that he had in his eyes when he told me because he just seemed so scared. Just like everyone else in the world at that time I suppose.
