How to verify your paypal account without Credit card or bank account?

Hi MyLotters! I have a paypal account but is not verified and I want to verify it because I don't know if I can buy stuff online with a non-verified paypal account. Can I? So, do you know how to verify your paypal ccount without paying for a VCC online card? Because, for what I see, every websites where I can have a Virtual credit card, I have to pay for it. Do you know at least a website where I can get a Online Bank/VCC account without paying for having it?

You can verify it with debit card (but I don't know that allow in country or not) or you verify it directly from your bank account. Both it's free but a lot easier if you use debit cards. I'm verified my paypal account with my direct bank account.
The truth is I already respond similar discussion like this and give specific tip how to verified paypal using our bank account but somehow is missing from my discussion/responded data and I don't want to risk my luck just to answer your question. The good thing from Paypal is Paypal can't receive our money directly from our bank account. These prevent us from hackers who want to take our money from bank. (Paypal already see these possibility so they not allow their self to do it).

I have verified my paypal account with vcc. I bought that vcc in internet.
We can't verify Paypal account without vcc or bank account or credit card.
But when i tried to send money to my bank account from my verified Paypal, the money just keep coming back. I don't understand...

No, you can't. You have to either provide your credit card or bank account info in order to verify your paypal acc. I can't remember how I got mine verified...but maybe you could send an email to paypal's customer support personnel? I always do that whenever I have questions.

Verifying your Paypal account is quite simple if you have your own bank account. Just give your bank account number to the Paypal, they will send some cash( about $1.08-$1.6 ) to your bank account for verifying and you are done.
