Error 107 SSL Connection Error During Wordpress

One reason why I'm too lazy to update my blogs on my Wordpress is that, I usually encounter this error. I mean, it only happens to Wordpress, the rest all seems fine. My HTTPS/SSL options are all checked, I've even defined my Chrome browser as a trusted application in my Comodo Firewall, cleared my cache. I just don't get it. Sometimes, it will function properly without a hitch, but most of the time, it doesn't. Does somebody encounter this also in their Wordpress?

maybe you can try to install your wordpress source to some of the free hosting to try its connection... if there's no problem there then it's a big possibility that the problem is in your hosting company.
