I finally finished the Season 6 of Supernatural. As i've observed the story was just all about SAm and Castiel.
But the ingredients of its season 6 was a bit lacking.
Though S6 has a lot of funny story to tell. Maybe they really intened to do it like that coz the season 7 is coming. Looking forward what will happen to Cas of declaring himself as God? And his relationship especially with Dean?
Can't wait to read the synopsis coz sad to say i think no more Supernatural episodes has being showed here in the Philippines.
My means of knowing updates is thru there website.
2 week to go Season 7 will be aired then.

People and the media don't realize what a great show Supernatural is! It is very underrated! I started watching it during season two and immediately got hooked. I think the show has a bad time slot and it doesn't get the viewership it would get if it aired at a better day and time.

The original idea of Eric Kripke was first pitched as a 3 season show, that is reason that the first 3 seasons seem so linked but then it was expanded to 5 seasons. It is possible to see that the season 5 finale actually resolved a lot of unfinished arcs, so that season 6 basically started fresh, with few story links to the previous seasons. The fact that season 6 was the first in which Kripke was no longer the showrunner also changed the style slightly, Sera Gamble has done well, so well that they have a season 7. Not bad for a show that no studio wanted. There are a few things I know for certain. Season 7 will be exciting and different and unpredictable, which is what makes it so amazing to watch.

Well, having watched season six and seven of supernatural, I would have to agree with you that the focus of season six is on Sam especially who hallucinated all the time about Lucifer, while Cast did make an appearance which he later transferred Sam's mental illness into himself maybe to correct what he did. He broke the wall in Sam's head that is the sole causes to Sam's mental illness. The story is not very fascinating in season six. Anyway, you should go and watch season seven as Sam, Dean, the vampires, demons etc encounter a common threat from black goo demon, the leviathan.
