Hello Myloters,
Have one problem. I sold item on ebay. I have been payed via PayPal. I withdraw funds to my credit card. So problem is - I sold item for 100$, now I know that shipping to USA costs more than 100$ from my country. So I think it is not good Idea to sold this item for 100$. So I tried to add funds from credit card to PayPal. And it says that I cant add fund with my credit card... So what to do now? How to refund money to my buyer? And what will happen if I did not send this money back to him...? Thanks who will answer.
Regards,
Roman

Hi! I see that you are trying to refund the buyer's money because you realized that the shipping fee cost's more than the item itself and therefore it's not profitable to sell it to the said buyer. This is a case that we call "charge to experience". Anyway, I admire your honesty for at least having it in you to refund the money when you could have just taken it and not care. Now, the best thing to do is probably contact and coordinate with your bank and PayPal and see if there is way to make it work. Good luck!
