Let's have some fun and see how we shall answer this question which let Ms. Angola won the 2011 Ms Universe crown. Its something to this effect: If you have the chance to change any part of your body, which one shall it be?"
My answer would have been like this: Nothing. Whatever imperfections other people see in me, it was given by God. I believe that God has given me these imperfections so that I could be perfect in His eyes. I also believe that I already have that physical beauty manifested only by the beauty I carry within.
Come on, peeps, share some of your answers. There's no wrong or right answer here. Let's just see how we can come up with answers with no pressure.

Well actually when I heard that question from Lea Salonga then the answer of Ms. Angola, I asked myself: "What if I were to answer that same question?" What would be the best reply to impress the judges? But later I realized impressing the judges shouldn't be my concern if I were the candidate. It is better to be true to myself. I believe I could come up with best answer if I'd rather answer the question very honestly in accordance what my heart and my mind so dictate. So this is to me the best response to that question:

“I know that I have so many imperfections as far as my physical attributes are concerned. If I were to follow my heart and mind and were given the chance to have all my physical imperfections changed, then there would be too many. I would have wanted to be taller, my legs to be longer, my skin to be fairer, my nose to be higher, my hair to be thicker, my eyes to be brighter, and my lips to be redder. Surely, after having changed these imperfections I would still wish for more. However, as I delved deeper I realized that I need not change any of these physical imperfections. I need not care too much about these because even if I get physical perfection what everlasting benefit would I get? Beauty is not forever. One day soon, just as the flower withers, beauty also does. My physical beauty will someday soon surrender to old age. Beauty is vain. If therefore beauty is vain then why would I worry so much about this vain thing? I realized I don’t even need to change any part of my body because my God who created me is a God who never makes mistakes. He created everything beautiful in His time and so I being one of His creations am beautiful. I am created in the image of His son Jesus and I am His masterpiece. I therefore need not worry about these imperfections neither should I change any of these. God created me with these because He knows what is best for me. Instead of working on how to attain physical beauty I would rather just strive to attain inner beauty because this is where God looks first and foremost. I should therefore focus my mind on how to please my God instead of how to please the world.”

Just like your answer, I will not change anything. God gave us this body for a reason. He designed us perfectly. There is a reason why we look this way. But most of us will answer like that. There should be a catch on this question. Answers like "nothing" or "I won't change anything" will not be accepted. You should at least mention one part of the body that you will change or improve. In that way, it will be more challenging. Haha just kidding.

I agree. It will be more challenging if it will asked that way.

I would probably have the same answer as yours in front of the public. But in all honesty, I wish I could afford weight-reduction measures out there like lipodissolve because no matter how hard I try I can't seem to motivate myself to become thin. A lot of my insecurities spring from my weight issues. Secondly, I would do something to fix my teeth. I have two protruding front teeth and it makes it awkward to smile widely.
Apart from those two problems, I believe it's all a matter of loving what God has given or in other words a change in the attitude or manner of viewing oneself.

I would definitely want to change my back. All of this pqin and disabilty would be unnecessary if only I had learned to stand straight when I was growing up.

A chance to have changes in any parts of our body is quite perfect. So, for me, I rather to be perfect than imperfect. I would change anything in my body that is imperfect in the eyes of everyone. So, why not change? Being perfect to everyone eyes doesn't mean you are imperfect inside. Being beautiful doesn't mean not beautiful inside. Like Mama Mary, she is beautiful inside and out.

Your answer sounds similar to that of hers. Anyway, I think I would have answered it this way; I thank God everyday that I have all my parts working properly, but if I really had to choose one part that I would change then that would be the part of the body that keeps me from getting fat. I mean, I eat a lot and I barely gain permanent weight, so I guess it must be something to do with my body. I would choose this because I know that I could perform better if I have a more healthy body, that way I can serve people better, and be better in things that I do.

Actually for me all part of my body have a purpose as per design of God to me. However, since you are asking if I have chance to change somethingin my body this is my hair because it look like fallen and fallen to make me bald. I want my hair little more because it affected my personallity.
But if it is talking about medical operation to enhance something in my body I will say BIG NOTHING to change..
