Well we have a redbox at the store I work at so + there...
there's two kiosks not too far from where i live + there...
Rebox has video games +++
Blockbuster doesn't ---....
So everyone knows which one i'll pick.
I was checking to see if Blockbuster had video games, and they don't... they'll be sure to soon follow with video games I bet.
That and I'm not sure If I'd have to have an account with blockbuster.

The Blockbuster's here have been renting games for years. You do have to have an account with them, but you don't pay for it, just have to have a credit card I think for games, but if renting movies you don't. Been awhile since we did the blockbuster thing.
However, Blockbuster games aren't a dollar a day. I think they will need to change strategies if they hope to hold on to the majority of the market.

Lol, so sorry. I forget that Blockbuster even has them as I never see them around. So yes was talking about the stores. Thought it was strange that they wouldn't have video games through all the stores after all these years, but never know. Blockbuster needs a lot of kiosks our here un my area I have only seen one anywhere around here, all of them are the Redbox ones they have the market saturated.

Yes, there are a lot around here APPARENTLY.. and I say apparently like that because you're right, redbox takes them over. I know where more redbox kiosks are then I do blockbuster kiosks.
Plus Redbox has the better deals etc.

I'm talking about the kiosks, are you? Sorry I'm a little lost and wanted to make sure I was interpreting right. It seems you mean the stores where I mean the kiosks but I could be wrong.
And you don't pay for the game rental? I don't get that.

That is how companies gain a good share of the market. They make their product easy to use and the make the things available that customers want. Companies have to change with the times in order to remain healthy businesses.

Yes definitely, but they are also competitive over each other. Redbox has been offering video games in my area for a few months now, I am sure blockbuster will be soon to follow. However, redbox in the store I work at will still be convenient to me.

I used to have an account with Blockbuster but not anymore. I have never used Redbox. We used to just use Netflix.

Blockbuster has been around a long time and they haven't added video games to their list of things to chose from. I wonder if they will any time soon. I use Netflix. I don't use video games so Netflix is right for me. I pay a nominal fee monthly and enjoy either watching them online or having the movies sent to me. I don't think Redbox has the online feature. It is nice.

There are a lot of Redboxes in my neighborhood. So, hands down I say Redbox is the winner.
