Like at any other survey site,once you fill up your profiles here,they will start sending paid surveys to your inbox.Now you do those surveys and get points credited in your Panelstation account.Please note that some surveys take 4 weeks to credit while others credit the points at once. Keep accumulating points in your account.Each survey credits minimum 500 points but most carry 1000 points.Tips:Try to take the surveys soon after you get the alert since once the respondent quota is filled you might get screened out.Though this does not always happen with me since I am quick at taking the surveys once I receive the notification by mail. Every 1000 points in your account can be redeemed for Rs.100 Zip Cash which you can use to recharge your mobile.Likewise 2000 points will give you Rs.200 Zip Cash.Zip cash is an online merchant and Zip cash is money that you can use for various services like cellphone recharge,cafe coffee day vouchers etc.All mobile networks can be recharged at Zipcash.I have Vodafone and use the Zipcash amount to recharge my number. There are other redemption options available at the Panel station too like Movie dvds,online shopping vouchers etc.But I would say Zip cash is the best. You can invite others to join this site since there is an invitation-based referral system available.Or you can tell them to sign up at this survey site.
