I've just changed my job to a state-owned company, and my leader is such a disagreeable man I've ever seen. Till now, noone I met likes him, and every time when I heard his voice I would be very miserable and am not willing to do any task he wants me to do. If u have such a leader, what would u do?
By the way, his voice is really loud and no one can bear his noisy sound, even one of our foreign partner who is from British calls him "the noisy one".
Please help me to find a better way to bear this.

I worked as a lecturer for few years, all colleagues including the Principal were nice persons, never faced any problem.

Thanks for this discussion, if you don't like your boss or leader just leave him, ignore him, it is better if you change your job

If you can't find a better job than that right now, I guess you just have to self-motivate yourself somehow. It can really be hard and stressful so you better find a way to release this stress daily and really something to help you get motivated to continue working.

Hate him, but do not hate your job.
Anyway, he may not be the worst.

you do not like your leader but why he is your leader.
you just ignore him and pretend that it does not.
because the more you watch him not to turn your vnimaie the better so it just looks at him and ignore him.
nice day!
