While racial discrimination bred black slavery in the past, Nazism and the like, the none distinction from black to white reigns in the hearts of many. The new Miss Universe is neither black nor white for in the eyes of God all men are equal just as what Lincoln preached the American nation.

While it is human to discriminate, racial discrimination is a different form of discrimination that results from perpetrator's lack of self-worth. Resenting people just because of their appearance or skin color is associated with a deep-seated self-hate. I was glad to know Ms. Leila Lopes from Angola won the 2011 Miss Universe pageant. Wish her well.

I have that same feeling way back then. Glad for her. This goes to show that there is beauty isn either colors, black or white. brown or yellow. Have a good day
