i m searching job tell me how can i search in better way?

I have always been told when searching for a job, never to expect the highest paying, or the most fun job. Don't just look for what you are highly qualified for, look for things you aren't, for things you'd really not want to do, just look for anything. Sometimes you have to do jobs you don't want to do. It seems like you have a job already you just want a new one. Keep looking, keep working hard at your job now. Don't be too demanding, don't expect or ask for a high pay and great benefits. You'll most likely find a job with both but those who demand it right off the bat are you usually rejected.

depends on the venue where you want to search that job you want? If you are from asia i think going online, you can search some good jobs through the jobstreet.com and i am sure you will find some good career opportunities from there. I only have an account there and i can say i have found my first, second and current job from the said website.
